Your Role: Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist at brighthush, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical data sets that drive business decisions. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly influence the success of our clients’ projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Data Project:
  • Research and identify product labels across various categories.
  • Review each label to extract required information such as ingredient lists, nutritional facts, and regulatory compliance markers.
  • Populate the extracted data into structured forms and documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Distributor Pricing:
  • Extract pricing and product details from supplier documents.
  • Create formatted output that aligns with internal standards and client specifications.
  • Identify and convert units of measure (UOM) to accepted industry standards, ensuring consistency across datasets.
• Maintain data integrity by performing regular quality checks and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including analytics, compliance, and project management, to clarify data requirements.
• Document processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement of data workflows.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in data entry, data processing, or a related role.
• Exceptional typing speed (minimum 60 WPM) and accuracy (≥99%).
