Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wealthspire’s DBS Marketing Intern will support Diversified Brokerage Services’ marketing team across social media, digital content, advisor communications, events, and campaigns. The role also involves coordinating projects, tracking engagement, and recommending improvements to future marketing content and promotions.
Responsibilities
- Support the creative team in planning, developing, and coordinating social media content
- Monitor key insurance carrier updates and prepare clear, timely internal notifications for the firm
- Assist with the development, editing, and distribution of advisor newsletters, promotions, and other marketing communications
- Support the planning and execution of special events, including advisor training events
- Use available sales and marketing resources to boost engagement across key social media platforms, including LinkedIn
- Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and content schedules
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team members on campaigns and other special projects
- Track basic engagement results and provide recommendations for improving future content and promotions
Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with careful attention to grammar, accuracy, and detail
- Experience with LinkedIn and other prominent social media channels
- Interest in content development, digital marketing, event coordination, and advisor communications
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications is required
- Experience with creative tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud is also needed
- Professional, collaborative, organized, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with email marketing or social media management tools is a plus
