Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CBTS is seeking a Senior Azure Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate the infrastructure layer for a graph platform. The role focuses on Kubernetes deployment, security, automation, observability, backup and recovery, and production readiness.
Responsibilities
- Design Kubernetes-based deployment architecture
- Build and maintain Helm charts and manifests
- Implement security best practices (TLS, RBAC, secrets)
- Set up observability, alerting, and monitoring
- Define and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Ensure production readiness and reliability
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (production environments)
- Experience with Helm and containerization using Docker
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Strong understanding of:
- RBAC and security hardening
- Secrets management (Vault, cloud-native solutions)
- Networking and storage in Kubernetes
- Observability stack experience: Prometheus &Grafana
- Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
