Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Digital Media Manager on a contract basis. The role manages and optimizes paid search campaigns, analyzes and reports on campaign performance, and supports campaign launches, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, including large-scale budgets
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable optimization recommendations
- Partner directly with Google's Account Team to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Develop and deliver regular reporting, insights, and performance analyses to stakeholders
- Export, analyze, and present campaign data using advanced Excel skills
- Lead testing initiatives, campaign launches, and participation in alpha/beta marketing programs
- Serve as project manager for new marketing campaigns and product launches
- Support social media advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Maintain affiliate marketing partnerships and support affiliate program initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and data science teams
- Social Media Marketing (5%): Support campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and X. This area is teachable
- Affiliate Marketing Management (5%): Maintain and strengthen affiliate partner relationships
Skills
- 5+ years of digital media or paid search experience
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Paid Search campaign management, of budgets $100M+
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present complex data sets
