[Remote] Director of Brand Marketing

The role oversees brand strategy and integrated campaigns, guides market research and creative assets, monitors brand performance, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align brand activities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for shaping and elevating the company’s brand across all markets and service lines
• This role oversees brand strategy development, ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading integrated marketing campaigns, directing market research initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand activities with business objectives
• The Director will guide brand management efforts, oversee creative assets and content, monitor brand performance metrics, and refine strategies to strengthen brand awareness and reputation
• This role also includes mentoring marketing team members and managing external agencies or partners as needed

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Brand Marketing and Brand Management, with a track record of building and scaling brands
• Strong capabilities in Brand Strategy and Integrated Marketing to design and execute cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
• Proficiency in Market Research, including analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to guide brand decisions
• Experience leading marketing teams, collaborating across finance, HR, and compliance functions, and managing external agencies or vendors
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with marketing performance metrics, and experience using data to optimize campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or compliance-focused industries
