[Remote] Director of Financial Support

Elevate Treasury Advisory is hiring a Director of Financial Support to lead financial and treasury-related support operations and ensure high-quality, client-focused service. The role oversees support programs, resolves complex issues, analyzes performance, and works with advisory, technology, and client teams to improve treasury support models and digital reporting.

Responsibilities

• The 财务支持总监 will oversee financial support operations and partner closely with senior finance and treasury stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
• This full-time, remote role involves leading teams that provide financial and treasury-related technical support, resolving complex issues, and ensuring consistent, client-focused service
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing support programs, prioritizing and tracking initiatives, analyzing financial and operational data, and recommending improvements to processes, tools, and governance
• The director will coordinate cross-functional collaboration with advisory, technology, and client teams to align support activities with strategic treasury objectives
• The role also includes developing performance metrics, mentoring team members, and contributing to the design and enhancement of digital reporting and treasury support models

• Relevant experience in corporate treasury, finance operations, or financial shared services, ideally within complex or multinational organizations
• Proficiency with treasury management systems, ERP or financial reporting tools, and digital collaboration platforms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical and financial concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage remote teams, and operate effectively across different time zones and cultures
