Remote Position
[Remote] Director of Growth
๐ Remote ยท United States
๐ผ Full-time
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The client, a company in the food and beverage industry, is hiring a Senior Director of Growth to scale its growth engine from $50M to $200M+. The role leads acquisition, retention, subscriptions, marketplace expansion, analytics, and AI-enabled efficiency while managing the growth organization and full growth P&L.
Responsibilities
- Paid Acquisition & Media: Own and scale $25M+ in annual paid media across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels, diversify into 2 to 3 additional channels, and maintain efficient CAC and payback through testing and creative analytics
- Lifecycle, Retention & Subscription: Own subscription and CRM across Klaviyo and Recharge, including win-back, save, and loyalty programs, while partnering on pricing, bundles, and retention strategies
- Marketplace & Omnichannel Growth: Own Amazon, retail, and new distribution channels as full P&Ls, leading media, launches, and omnichannel expansion
- Growth Analytics, AI & Efficiency: Own growth analytics and reporting, using data and AI across creative analytics, AI visibility, and CX automation to improve efficiency and guide channel investment
- Team & Leadership: Lead a 20+ person growth organization across paid media, lifecycle, social, affiliates, and analytics, partnering with Brand, Product, and Finance on planning, cash flow, and unit economics
Skills
- You've owned a growth or performance-marketing budget of meaningful size ($20M+ annually) at a scaled DTC or CPG brand, ideally through a period of fast, capital-efficient growth
- You think in CAC, payback, LTV, and contribution margin as fluently as you think in creative and channel mix - performance and brand aren't in tension for you
- You've built or scaled a subscription/retention program, not just an acquisition engine
- You're comfortable with AI and automation as a lever for efficiency, not a threat to headcount - you'd rather build the system than hire around it
- You've operated at the senior manager through senior director level and are ready to own a full growth P&L end to end
- You're an operator first: you can build a team, defend a budget in front of a Board, and still be in the ad account or the flow builder when it matters
- Experience scaling a brand through a specific revenue inflection point (e.g., $50M to $200M, or similar)
- Direct experience with a national retail or mass-market launch
- A track record of getting promoted inside an org because the numbers worked, not because you switched jobs
