[Remote] Director of Operations

Enlightenment Investment INC is hiring a Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and support strategic growth and expansion. The role leads teams, manages budgets and performance, establishes operational controls, coordinates departments, and supports risk management and organizational expansion.

• Oversee daily operations and implement operational strategies
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and performance
• Establish efficient processes, policies, and internal controls
• Coordinate cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives
• Support organizational expansion, risk management, and operational excellence

Skills

• 25+ years of management and operational leadership experience
• Proven track record in organizational development, operational efficiency, and business growth
• Strong financial oversight, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent executive leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Previous experience as Director of Operations, VP of Operations, COO, or similar senior leadership role preferred
