Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Envision Horizons is hiring a Senior Media Manager to lead client Amazon advertising initiatives and own performance across Amazon Search and DSP. The role combines hands-on campaign management and data-driven strategy with client partnership and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end advertising strategy across Amazon Search and Amazon DSP for a diverse client portfolio
- Take a hands-on approach to campaign management — building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead client calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor
- Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 Paid Search and DSP Strategists, setting clear performance expectations, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution and client results
- Keep clients informed on new Amazon tools and opportunities that can unlock additional growth
Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP)
- 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts
- Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvue, Perpetua, Skai, or proprietary internal tools
- Proven success improving ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals
- Strategic yet hands-on, always willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
- Take ownership of your accounts and celebrate client wins as your own
- Data-driven and curious, constantly testing, learning, and optimizing
- Clear, confident communicator who thrives in client-facing roles and challenging situations
