- AI & Platform Direction : Identify where AI and shared platform capabilities create customer value across the portfolio, and shape new products from concept through launch
- Requirements & Agile Execution : Translate strategy and customer signal into clear PRDs and user stories. Work in Agile sprints with Engineering and QA, providing scoping, acceptance criteria, and prioritization that result in predictable, high-quality monthly releases
- UX & Workflow Design : Define user workflows and interface behavior for security practitioners and administrators, partnering with engineering to make complex security findings clear and actionable

- Technical Customer Solutions (Nice to Have) : Step into Customer Success and Sales Engineering work when needed. Deliver custom reports, third-party API integrations, and functionality not yet productized by scripting against Quokka's APIs and databases, and turn recurring requests into roadmap items
