[Remote] Director of Project Management

PT Kancadi Tijara Makmur is hiring a Director of Project Management to oversee end-to-end project and program execution across the organization. The role leads cross-functional teams, aligns project portfolios with strategic goals, manages governance, risks, budgets, and delivery, and drives process improvement while mentoring project managers.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Project Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end project and program execution across the organization
• This position leads cross-functional project teams, sets project objectives, defines scope, and ensures delivery within time, budget, and quality expectations
• Daily responsibilities include establishing project governance frameworks, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and driving process improvements that optimize operational efficiency
• The Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align project portfolios with strategic goals, prepare regular status reports, and support decision-making through data-driven insights
• This role also mentors project managers, promotes best practices, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Candidates should possess Program Management experience to coordinate multiple related projects and align them with organizational strategy
• Candidates should possess Budgeting and financial management skills to develop, track, and optimize project and program budgets
• Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to guide, motivate, and develop project teams in a remote environment
• Candidates should possess Process Improvement skills to evaluate workflows, implement enhancements, and standardize best practices
• Proven experience in a senior project or program management role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Preferably in international trade, logistics, or related fields
• Additional language proficiency related to key markets is an advantage
• Advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is highly beneficial
