Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pumex Computing, LLC is seeking a consultant to provide hands-on CRM support for an association’s Membership and Marketing teams. The role translates business requests into reports, targeted membership lists, system updates, and practical user guidance while managing ongoing operational support.
Responsibilities
- Create segmented membership and behavioral lists for marketing campaigns, outreach, and engagement initiatives
- Generate reports and campaign data, validating filters, record counts, and results against business requirements
- Configure and maintain promotional codes, discounts, and offers according to approved business rules
- Resolve routine CRM issues and make appropriate configuration updates
- Help staff use existing system capabilities more effectively
- Provide user training and document repeatable processes and common support procedures
- Coordinate with IT and platform vendors when requests require additional access, development, or specialized troubleshooting
- Maintain a prioritized request queue and communicate progress, estimated effort, dependencies, and outstanding issues
Skills
- Hands-on experience supporting Protech AMS or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement
- Candidates with strong Dynamics experience supporting associations, membership organizations, or another AMS are encouraged to apply
- Experience creating reports, queries, views, exports, and segmented contact or membership lists
- Ability to understand membership data, relationships, and business rules
- Experience troubleshooting CRM issues and supporting routine configuration changes
- Ability to translate business requests into clear technical tasks and explain results to nontechnical users
- Experience providing staff training and maintaining process documentation
- Strong prioritization, follow-through, and ability to work independently within a limited weekly allocation
- Protech experience preferred
