Position Overview

As a Senior Customer Success & Delivery Consultant at brighthush, you will be the linchpin that transforms complex insurance technology initiatives into tangible business outcomes. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy, lead cross‑functional delivery teams, and ensure flawless execution from kickoff to go‑live. Your deep industry knowledge, analytical rigor, and client‑centric mindset will drive adoption, optimize processes, and cement brighthush as the trusted advisor of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business requirements workshops, capturing stakeholder needs, validating deliverables, and securing formal approvals.
• Own scope definition, prioritization, dependency mapping, and change control in close collaboration with delivery leadership and client executives.
• Steer implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live, coordinating client, internal, and third‑party teams to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and client concerns, providing timely resolution and proactive communication.
• Serve as the insurance domain expert, advising on policy, claims, billing, underwriting, and emerging regulatory trends.
• Mentor junior business analysts and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of delivery standards, best practices, and reusable artifacts.
• Champion client success by ensuring solutions deliver measurable ROI, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation.
• Hands‑on experience in insurance operations—claims, underwriting, policy, or billing—strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading complex system implementations, managing cross‑functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Expert‑level business analysis, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical reasoning, structured problem‑solving, and the ability to translate technical solutions into operational impact.
• Demonstrated independence in leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives with high accountability.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and providing clear, structured guidance in evolving environments.
• Technological proficiency: quick to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems.
• Availability to travel up to 20% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent insurance or analysis credentials.

Compensation & Benefits

While the base salary for this role ranges from $122,000 to $209,000 annually—adjusted for experience, geography, and internal equity—you’ll also enjoy a comprehensive total‑compensation package that includes:
