Gibbons Group is seeking a Client Solutions Representative to help prospective clients identify life insurance and financial protection solutions that fit their needs. The role involves explaining and presenting options, building client relationships, supporting applications, and maintaining records in accordance with compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
- Learn about clients’ needs, goals, and financial priorities
- Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
- Present solutions based on each client’s individual needs
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Assist clients through the application process
- Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance requirements
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with people and building relationships
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Goal-oriented and willing to learn
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
