Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KMM Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Enrollment Technician III for a contract opportunity. The role processes and reconciles healthcare enrollments, maintains membership records, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with installation and billing teams.
Responsibilities
- Process subscriber and dependent enrollments accurately and on time
- Verify enrollment status, update membership records, and process terminations
- Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies
- Perform monthly enrollment reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with account installation and billing teams
- Work with healthcare claims documents and claims keywords
- Support special projects and assist with training and mentoring junior team members
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis
- Strong knowledge of healthcare claims documents and claims keywords
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
