[Remote] Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager (ERP)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The client is a rapidly growing, VC-backed healthcare technology company. The Enterprise Systems Implementation Program Manager will lead end-to-end enterprise systems implementation and transformation programs, including roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, executive communications, deployment, adoption, and change management. The role also leads cross-functional teams and manages implementation partners and software vendors to achieve successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems implementation and transformation programs
• Develop program roadmaps, implementation plans, governance models, budgets, risks, and executive communications
• Lead cross-functional business, operations, technology, and vendor teams
• Drive deployment, adoption, change management, and operational readiness
• Manage implementation partners and software vendors while ensuring successful business outcomes

Skills

• 10+ years of ERP or enterprise systems implementation program management experience
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing vendors, consulting partners, budgets, timelines, and risks
• US Citizen required
• Executive-level communicator with exceptional organizational skills
• Roadmap-driven leader who can bring structure and accountability to complex programs
• Comfortable leading fast-moving initiatives within a high-growth startup environment
• Experience with DataPath is highly desirable
• Candidates with experience leading implementations involving benefits platforms, payroll systems, HRIS, enrollment solutions, ERP platforms, and vendor ecosystems will be especially attractive
• Healthcare, benefits administration, HRIS, finance, or regulated industry experience preferred
