[Remote] Enterprise Terafina Delivery Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SouthState Bank is hiring an Enterprise Terafina Delivery Analyst to coordinate Terafina initiatives across digital account opening, onboarding, integrations, and operational improvements. The role manages intake and roadmaps, coordinates delivery and testing, prepares releases, communicates with stakeholders, and provides leadership visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Terafina intake process in collaboration with Enterprise, IT Digital Services and LOB partners, including how new enhancements, requirements, defects, operational requests, regulatory changes, and line of business needs are submitted, categorized, reviewed, routed, and prepared for prioritization
• Track individual Terafina requests from submission through decision, planning, implementation, and closure, ensuring each item has clear ownership, business justification, end-user impact, risk considerations, dependencies, estimates, target dates, status updates, decision tracking, and documented next steps
• Translate business priorities into actionable Terafina project plans by clarifying scope, documenting requirements, identifying dependencies, sequencing work, outlining implementation steps, aligning stakeholders on timing and tradeoffs, and communicating how each initiative supports roadmap commitments, operational needs, risk reduction, or strategic objectives
• Lead Terafina risk, governance, and control activities by updating Key Risk Indicators, preparing roadmap and leadership presentations, maintaining risk assessment documentation, capturing control updates, supporting audit requests, and coordinating follow-up items with business, risk, compliance, and technology partners
• Manage the Terafina roadmap, project inventory, milestone calendar, release schedule, and delivery timeline while clearly communicating updates, timeline changes, dependencies, and upcoming milestones to stakeholders and leadership
• Own project activities and communication across business, operations, technology, vendor, risk, compliance, and impacted line of business teams
• Create and oversee project artifacts and communication materials, including action item trackers, RAID logs, meeting notes, status reports, stakeholder updates, testing plans, implementation checklists, and post-release validation summaries
• Partner with Test Manager and IT Digital Services partners for coordinating or communicating testing, UAT preparation, defect tracking, retesting, release readiness, change documentation, deployment communications, stakeholder signoff, and implementation
• Own risk and dependency management across Terafina delivery efforts by proactively identifying resource constraints, scope changes, capacity conflicts, delivery blockers, and escalation needs; develop recommended mitigation plans and drive timely stakeholder and leadership decisions on impacts, tradeoffs, and next steps
• Provide timely, audience-appropriate updates on roadmap progress, project milestones, priorities, risks, decisions, implementation readiness, process improvements, and post-release outcomes for leaders, stakeholders, and delivery partners

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing people required
• 5+ years of banking or banking support experience required
• Strong organization, planning, facilitation, and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and LOB/executive communication skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority
• Ability to translate complex delivery information into concise updates, meeting materials, decision summaries, escalation points, and executive-ready communications
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision support, and stakeholder influence
• Banking account origination platform knowledge
• Project management, portfolio governance, release/testing coordination, and related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• 3 years in banking preferred with an emphasis on project management or organization
• Project Management Certifications preferred
• 2+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, platform operations, business operations, implementation coordination, or digital delivery preferred
• Experience managing roadmaps, work intake, prioritization processes, project plans, status reporting, testing coordination, release readiness, or project portfolios preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional business, operations, technology, and vendor teams preferred
