Sandhills Financial Group is hiring an entry-level financial sales specialist to help individuals and families find life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement solutions. The role involves consulting with interested clients, building a book of business, and maintaining client relationships while meeting performance and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients who have requested information and guide them through their options
- Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal support teams
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Achieve performance benchmarks that unlock advancement and increased earning potential
- Remain compliant with all state insurance and licensing requirements
- Participate in weekly virtual trainings and team meetings
- Build and maintain a long-term book of business using company-provided and self-generated leads
- Help families identify protection and financial solutions aligned with their goals
Skills
- Comfortable using technology and virtual communication platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals
- Professional and confident presence on Zoom and phone calls
- Client-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
- Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days (we provide guidance)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required
