Responsibilities

• Making outgoing calls, emails, texts and chats from clients
• Follow simple workflows and instructions
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with internal teams as needed
• Meet basic performance expectations after training

Skills

• No prior experience required
• Dependable
• Comfortable using a computer
• Have basic computer and internet skills
• Are reliable, organized, and coachable
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be willing to get Licensed in Life and Health Insurance
