We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized Entry-Level Vacation Planning Coordinator to assist with researching, organizing, and coordinating vacation arrangements. This remote position is ideal for someone with an interest in travel, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop their knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry. No previous travel industry experience is required. A willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential. Key Responibilies Research vacation destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, and travel experiences. Assist with organizing vacation itineraries and travel arrangements. Review available travel options based on individual preferences and budgets. Help coordinate accommodation, transportation, and other travel details. Communicate professionally with travelers and travel industry partners. Maintain organized records of travel inquiries and arrangements. Stay informed about popular destinations, travel trends, and industry updates. Provide helpful information and support throughout the vacation planning process.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills and comfort navigating online platforms. Excellent organization and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality.
