Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MDS Communications provides outbound telephone fundraising services for nonprofit organizations. The Account Manager serves as the primary partner for a portfolio of clients, overseeing telephone fundraising campaigns and supporting campaign planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships for 2-3 nonprofit clients
- Coordinate the entire fundraising campaign lifecycle
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and campaign analysis
- Collaborate with internal operations, data, and production teams
- Lead client meetings and provide proactive communication throughout campaign lifecycles
- Support annual planning and budget discussions for assigned accounts
Skills
- Understanding of nonprofit fundraising principles
- 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, fundraising, project management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Mass-market fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
