Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Team Manager to lead and manage an established Epic Beaker team. The role provides team oversight, coordinates priorities and deliverables, supports Beaker initiatives, and collaborates with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an established Epic Beaker team
- Provide team oversight, coordinate priorities and deliverables, support Beaker initiatives, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
Skills
- Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) and/or Clinical Pathology (CP) certification
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing Epic Beaker teams
- Strong knowledge of Epic Beaker workflows and functionality
- Experience providing direction, oversight, and support to Epic application team members
- Ability to manage competing priorities, assignments, and project deliverables
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
- Certification in both Epic Beaker AP and CP
- Previous leadership experience within a complex healthcare IT environment
- Experience supporting Epic Beaker implementations, enhancements, or optimization initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate with clinical, laboratory, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Experience identifying and addressing project risks, issues, and resource needs
