[Remote] Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE/Referrals Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE/Referrals Analyst to support healthcare IT applications. The role provides developer-level support, troubleshoots break/fix issues, implements enhancements, and optimizes registration, scheduling, patient movement, and referral workflows across Epic modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support
• Apply deep understanding of patient access, scheduling, and patient movement applications to optimize system performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Grand Central, Prelude, RTE, Ref + Auth modules
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables

Skills

• Epic Grand Central, Prelude, Referrals and Auth, and RTE Certification
• Extensive experience with registration, scheduling, patient movement, and referral management workflows across Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE modules
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• The ability to interact professionally with a diverse group
