[Remote] Epic Provisioning Analyst

The role manages Epic user accounts and access, troubleshoots access issues, and supports compliance with Epic security policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access, provisioning, de-provisioning, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with end users and business teams regarding access requirements and timelines
• Ensure required Epic training and approvals are completed before granting access
• Maintain Epic security policies and support security initiatives
• Identify process improvements and assist with routine access issues
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support

Skills

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team
• Self-directed, flexible, and willing to learn
• At least 1 year of direct Epic experience preferred
• Previous Epic experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively through Microsoft Teams
