The role builds client relationships and business opportunities in finance and accounting while sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates and providing tailored staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Forge strong relationships with new and existing clients to gain in-depth insights into their unique hiring needs within the dynamic finance and accounting industry
- Act as a strategic partner, offering tailored solutions and showcasing the value of Randstad's Professional Talent Solutions
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving the expansion of our client portfolio
- Showcase the depth and breadth of our services, positioning Randstad as the go-to partner for top-tier talent in the finance and accounting sector
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top talent in the finance and accounting field
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a precise match between candidate skills and client requirements
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide innovative, strategic solutions
- Proactively address potential issues, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding client expectations and contributing to their ongoing success
Skills
- 2+ years of business-to-business sales and recruiting experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- History of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a team environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated track record of effective candidate generation strategies
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
