Niktor LLC is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to develop and deliver integrated marketing and demand generation programs across the United States. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and channel partners to design, execute, and measure programs.

Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and channel partners to design, execute, and measure integrated marketing and demand generation programs across the United States

Skills

• 3+ years of technology field marketing or demand generation experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with a demonstrated ability to leverage metrics to track performance, measure campaign ROI, and optimize future marketing investments
• Proven track record of building successful working relationships with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to co-develop and execute marketing plans
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with limited supervision, managing shifting priorities and aggressive timelines
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders across business units, marketing, field, and channel teams
• Broad expertise across strategic marketing planning, analytical problem-solving, and hands-on tactical campaign execution
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a solution-oriented, creative approach to challenges
• Familiarity with key vertical markets (e.g., SLED – State, Local, and Education) is strongly preferred
• Graphics Design knowledge is preferred
