[Remote] Marketing Associate, Social Media & Content

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vivian Health is hiring a Marketing Associate, Social Media & Content to shape its organic social presence and connect with nurses and healthcare professionals. The role creates and publishes social content, manages community engagement, brings campaigns and events to life, and supports influencer, UGC, and affiliate programs.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video, carousels and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more
• Maintain a content calendar postingdaily Instagram Stories and manage our community across channels
• Monitor brand sentiment and community engagement
• Bring brand campaigns, giveaways and events to life, such as Nurses Week and World Mental Health Day
• Partner with the paid marketing team to brainstorm and source influencers, and lead the creative process for paid influencer content
• Support influencer, UGC creator programs, and affiliate partnerships from outreach to contracts and payments

Skills

• 1–4 years of experience creating social media content for a brand, agency, or personal platform, with a portfolio demonstrating your work
• Strong visual storytelling skills, with experience in content design, video production, and editing using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar
• Confidence on camera with a strong understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, and what drives audience engagement
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage a publishing calendar and multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience using AI tools and an interest in applying them to improve workflows
• Experience in healthcare, nursing or staffing
