The Field Sales Director will own a territory, build physician relationships, drive prescriptions, address patient access issues, and meet performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Own a territory and its physician list
- Build trust with physicians and clinics
- Drive prescriptions that patients actually fill
- Work with patient services to clear access issues
- Hit clear daily metrics against ambitious goals
Skills
- Commercial, physician-facing experience
- Proven results ranked against peers
- A science or medical degree, or a pharma or health tech role
- Extensive travel within your territory
- Rare disease launch experience
- MD, RN or NP
- Startup health tech sales
