Responsibilities
- The Field Sales Executive will identify and develop new customer accounts, nurture existing relationships, and promote wireless products and services to meet and exceed sales targets
- Daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting virtual or on-site customer meetings as needed, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to close sales
- The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and staying current on product offerings, pricing, and promotions
- The Field Sales Executive is expected to represent Your Wireless, Inc. professionally, provide responsive customer support, and contribute to overall market growth
Skills
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
- Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and handle inquiries and concerns effectively
- Communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical products in simple terms
- Basic technical aptitude and comfort with wireless products, telecommunications services, and related technology tools
- Proficiency with CRM software, email, and common office productivity tools for tracking activities and reporting results
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in field sales, retail wireless, or telecommunications is preferred
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus
