[Remote] Field Sales Representative - Excavation

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is a leading plumbing and drain services company seeking Field Sales Representatives for its Excavation department. The role involves pursuing pre-qualified leads, selling sewer line repair and replacement solutions, conducting camera assessments, following up with customers, preparing quotes, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties
• The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues
• Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers

Skills

• A valid driver's license
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand commercial software packages such as Word and Excel. You will also use Roto-Rooter computer systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
• Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in-home services; however, all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated
• Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
