[Remote] Field Sales Representatives & Remote Sales Closers

The Field Sales Representatives introduce services to businesses and generate opportunities, while Remote Sales Closers guide prospective customers through consultations, proposals, and project approvals.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and introduce Vyynl’s services
• Identify opportunities at new storefronts, renovated spaces, and businesses ready to refresh their branding
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs, budget, and timing
• Gather contact information, project details, and photos with permission
• Schedule consultations and provide clear handoffs to remote closers
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow up with business owners
• Work toward agreed goals while building lasting relationships
• Conduct sales consultations by phone or video
• Follow up with qualified opportunities from field representatives and other outreach channels
• Clarify project scope, customer priorities, budget, and timing
• Coordinate with the team to prepare accurate proposals
• Explain options, answer questions, and address concerns with care
• Secure approvals and coordinate the transition to the project team
• Keep clear records of conversations, proposals, and next steps

Benefits

• Both roles are commission-only opportunities with no base salary.
• Potential earnings target: $3,000–$6,000 per month, equivalent to $36,000–$72,000 over 12 months. Actual earnings depend on sales volume, project value, individual performance, and the applicable commission structure. These figures are illustrative targets, not guaranteed compensation.
