[Remote] Finance Expert

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turing is seeking finance experts to work with researchers to improve the performance of AI models. The role focuses on evaluating models, creating assessment rubrics, and collaborating on training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models for areas of finance where models do not perform well
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on specific areas of your finance expertise (such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and more)
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks

Skills

• 2+ years experience in Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quant, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, FP&A, Accounting, Financial Consulting or any other Finance role experience
• Strong grasp of financial concepts (investment analysis, resarch, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, risk management, etc.) based on your domain of expertise
• Excellent English written communication
• No prior AI experience is required
• CFA (Level I/II/III) or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance
