MantraCare is hiring a part-time, remote Financial Advisor to support individuals and organizations with financial wellness in the context of healthcare and long-term planning. The role provides personalized financial planning, assesses client situations, recommends strategies, prepares reports, tracks progress, and works with a multidisciplinary team to integrate financial wellbeing into care plans.
Responsibilities
- The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial planning, including budgeting, retirement planning, and investment strategies aligned with clients’ health and wellness goals
- Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, recommending appropriate financial products or strategies, and explaining complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language
- The role also involves preparing financial reports, tracking client progress, and collaborating with MantraCare’s multidisciplinary team to integrate financial wellbeing into broader care plans
Skills
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with experience tailoring guidance to diverse client needs
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and risk management
- Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning and Investments, with the ability to design long-term, goal-based strategies
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex topics, and work with cross-functional teams
- Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial planning tools and spreadsheets
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent
- Prior advisory or counseling experience
