Ok Media Marketing is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience across phone, email, and online chat. The role also involves maintaining customer records, explaining products and services, and coordinating with other departments to support customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels in both required languages
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Explain company products, services, policies, and procedures clearly and accurately
- Maintain accurate customer information and document all interactions in the customer service system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed
- Protect confidential customer information and follow company policies
- Meet established customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality targets
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and a second required language, both verbally and in writing
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, web-based applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment
- Additional education is an advantage
