Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Spectrum Financial Group is hiring a Financial Advisor to help individuals and families improve their financial well-being. The role involves assessing client needs, educating clients on financial strategies, building relationships and developing a book of business with training, mentorship and provided leads.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
- Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
- Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
- Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
