The role supports financial reporting and budgeting through variance analysis, record reconciliation, and coordination of reporting inputs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial spreadsheets and ensure formulas reference current inputs
• Prepare simple variance explanations for review by finance colleagues
• Organize financial records and verify that totals reconcile
• Identify missing inputs and raise questions about unusual figures
• Summarize cost and revenue trends using approved financial data
• Coordinate reporting inputs and clarify deadlines with stakeholders
• Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy

Skills
