[Remote] Financial Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trimble is hiring a Customer Retention Analyst to support its Customer FP&A team and retention strategy. The role develops business intelligence and forecasting models, analyzes customer lifecycle and service metrics, and turns insights into actions that improve retention and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build sophisticated Business Intelligence models to deliver clear strategic insights into retention, customer delivery, and service costs
• Spearhead renewals and churn assumption frameworks to empower executive decision-making and support central revenue forecasting
• Champion customer analytics by tracking Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, and engagement trends to maximize platform stickiness
• Drive operational efficiency across customer-facing teams by analyzing cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A roles
• Deep expertise in data analytics with demonstrated proficiency in financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite
• Proven track record of leveraging data to drive strategic alignment across Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams
• Demonstrated strength in process optimization and automating systems to enhance operational productivity
• Experience integrating AI-driven analytical solutions to streamline financial modeling
• Strong familiarity with product adoption metrics such as Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use tracking
