Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Guidehouse is hiring a Financial Management Director to lead teams and work with clients on strengthening financial management processes and internal controls. The role also focuses on business process re-engineering, risk assessments, and integrating data capabilities into accounting and financial processes to support continuous audit readiness and fraud prevention.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading teams and working with clients to strengthen their financial management processes, internal controls, and execute business process re-engineering. Conduct risks assessments and iIntegrate data management, analysis, and visualization capabilities with the accounting and financial processes, creating continuous audit readiness and fraud prevention
Skills
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- TEN (10) + minimum years of experience of financial management experience
- Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing client senior executives
- Experience translating policy and standards into programmatic actions and project delivery
- Direct experience with the Department of War financial improvement and audit readiness (FIAR) engagements
- Experience with non-appropriated funds
