[Remote] Financial Services Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AO Globe Life provides training, coaching, mentorship, and support to help professionals guide individuals and families through important insurance decisions. The Financial Services Representative builds customer relationships, educates clients about life and supplemental insurance options, schedules appointments, identifies needs, and presents appropriate products and services in a remote, commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and present appropriate products and services

• Ability to learn computer functions and virtual tools
• Ability to contribute in a team environment while working independently
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
• Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
