[Remote] Founder's Associate Intern, Operations & Fundraising

The Founder’s Associate Intern supports the founders’ highest-priority initiatives, including fundraising, company-wide execution, process development, and AI-enabled research and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Fundraising: Build and maintain investor lists, and track outreach and manage follow-ups
• Prepare Investor Materials: Update the pitch deck, financial model inputs, and supporting materials
• Drive Execution: Manage the weekly priority list and keep company-wide projects on schedule
• Build Processes: Introduce lightweight processes and documentation that help the team operate efficiently
• Build & Scale with AI: Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, writing, and execution

Skills

• Current or recent bachelor's or master's student in business, finance, economics, communication, entrepreneurship or a related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through
• Clear, concise written English
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
• Sound judgment in handling confidential information
• Genuine interest in using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Ability to commit to the hours below for the full internship
• Background in venture capital, banking, consulting, or a startup
• Foundational modeling skills
• Experience leading projects or events for a student or professional organization
• Familiarity with the U.S. college admissions process, from your own experience or from helping others
• Proficiency in a second language
