[Remote] Full Stack Developer (remote Germany)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Refine Studio is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build and improve products focused on employee experience, incentives, recognition, e-learning, and gamification. The role involves frontend and backend development and contributing ideas while learning and collaborating with the team.

Skills

• You are excited about the domain of employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification
• You are passionate about backend and frontend development and closely related areas like user experience and design
• You are constantly expanding your horizon - learning and experimenting with new tools and technologies
• You have at least some hands on experience with modern frontend technologies, we work with typescript, react, Next.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL (similar technologies are also fine - our expectations grow with the proficiency of the role you apply for)
• You are intrinsically motivated to learn and improve as a person, alongside your team
