[Remote] Global Sales AI & Automation Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDEMIA Public Security is hiring a Global Sales AI & Automation Intern to identify sales productivity challenges and develop practical AI-enabled improvements. The intern will collaborate with stakeholders, implement solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and support sales process documentation while measuring business impact.

Responsibilities

• Discover Opportunities to Improve the Sales Experience Work with sales teams across different countries to identify repetitive tasks, process pain points, and activities that take time away from selling. You'll help uncover opportunities where AI, automation, or better ways of working can improve productivity
• Turn Findings into Action Analyze what you learn and help prioritize the opportunities with the greatest impact. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend practical improvements and help build a roadmap for implementation
• Build & Implement AI Solutions Help design and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and other AI-enabled tools. You'll have the opportunity to see your ideas move from concept to implementation and directly measure their impact on the business
• Support Sales Process Documentation Support the documentation of key sales processes, workflows, and best practices to create clear, user-friendly reference materials that help sales teams work more consistently and efficiently across regions and successfully pass Audit ISO 9001:2015

Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate student pursuing your degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational bottlenecks and process gaps
• Interest in applying Microsoft Copilot, agents, chatbots, Excel automation, and related AI solutions to business processes
• Ability to develop a clear, prioritized action plan from assessment findings
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support governance decisions when needed
• Comfort taking ownership of implementation and measuring the resulting efficiency gains
