Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syngenta is hiring a Brand Marketing Intern for its Golden Harvest Seeds Marketing Team. The intern will support brand and farmer objectives through customer and market research, marketing content, market intelligence, campaign coordination, and summer events.
Responsibilities
- Implement Brand, Channel and Farmer objectives
- Conduct Customer & Market Research to gather Farmer insights and market trends
- Create clear, audience-tailored marketing content aligned with brand and product strategies
- Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information; maintain CRM data as part of the process
- Build and maintain project timelines, ensure the on-time delivery of campaign materials and event resources
- Assist in planning and executing key summer brand events and activities
- Develop basic product knowledge
Skills
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the student must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline, with a graduation date on or after December 2027
- Requires developed specialized skills, or a breadth of skills, through job-related training, on-the-job experience, and coursework
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- A demonstrated passion for agriculture and food production is a definite asset
- Knowledge of marketing processes, data insights and analytics, agronomics, general cropping practices, agricultural technology and trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comprising strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, be self-directed, and work as part of a team
