[Remote] Group Benefits Marketing Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Future Mode, an HR consultancy, is recruiting for an unnamed global financial services company’s 2027 Summer Internship Program. The Group Benefits Marketing Intern will learn how marketing supports revenue and sales, help develop campaigns aligned with the sales cycle, and gain experience with marketing platforms and campaign strategy.

Responsibilities

• Learn how modern marketing performs as a revenue center versus a service center
• Work with marketing professionals and help develop campaigns aligned to the sales cycle
• Gain practice with cutting edge marketing platforms that inform strategy and drive results
• Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors, and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career
• Learn about the company’s purpose, values, how the company works, and the company's suite of product and service offerings
• Build a network of colleagues and have a sense of community with other interns and other parts of the business
• Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts, and other information

Skills

• An interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or sales enablement
• Curiosity about how the customer journey informs and shapes marketing strategy
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position
• An interest in digital marketing, including purposeful digital advertising, customer engagement tracking, and campaign performance measurement
