[Remote] Health IT Contracts Writer - Health Information Exchange

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BISOFT Consultancy Services LLC is seeking a Health IT Contracts Writer to draft and execute agreements supporting health IT programs, including health information exchange. The role also involves maintaining SharePoint document repositories and coordinating agreement requirements across legal, privacy, security, finance, procurement, and other stakeholders.

Skills

• 7+ years of extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements
• 5+ years of familiarity with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably within the health IT sector
• 5+ years of experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint
• 5+ years of familiarity with health IT programs and services, preferably related to interoperability and health information exchange
• 3+ years of familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents (APDs) and other federal funding processes
• Strong ability to interpret agreement requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate resolution across multiple stakeholder groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and document organization
• Experience working independently in a remote environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Experience supporting state government, public-sector, healthcare, Medicaid, or health information exchange initiatives
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, procurement documentation, and agreement compliance requirements
• Experience developing or improving contract templates, intake processes, approval workflows, and document-management standards
• Ability to work effectively with legal, privacy, security, finance, procurement, and business teams
