Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Renaissance Recovery is seeking a contract Social Media Healthcare Content Creator to produce authentic short-form video content focused on mental health, addiction, recovery, and wellness. The role covers the full creation process, from concept and filming to editing, and includes appearing on camera and collaborating with the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Create 4-6 pieces of short-form content per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
- Hybrid contractor will travel 1x a month to Business Units in LB/OC to film entertaining and engaging content
- Own the full content creation process, from concept and filming through final editing
- Serve as an on-camera personality for Renaissance Recovery content
- Participate in 1–2 virtual content planning meetings per month
- Collaborate remotely with our marketing team on concepts, trends, and messaging
- Cross-promote approved content through your own social media platforms
- Create content that is engaging, relatable, visually strong, and aligned with our brand
Skills
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong short-form video creation and editing skills
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of social trends
- Ability to independently film, edit, and deliver polished content
- Passion for mental health, wellness, addiction recovery, or behavioral healthcare
- Existing social media presence preferred
- Lived experience with mental health or recovery
