[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter/Trainer

CivicMinds, Inc is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter/Trainer to develop and execute recruitment strategies for healthcare roles while leading and training a recruitment team. The role focuses on achieving placement goals, applying healthcare staffing market knowledge, and resolving candidate and employee backouts to maintain pipeline stability.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Goal Setting : Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare talent. Set clear, actionable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team
• Team Leadership & Training : Lead, coach, and train recruitment staff on best practices, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and industry compliance. Guide the team to achieve and exceed maximum placement targets
• Full-Cycle Recruitment & Market Knowledge : Maintain deep knowledge of both fillable and non-fillable healthcare positions to prioritize efforts efficiently and allocate resources effectively
• Retention & Contingency Planning : Proactively handle candidate and employee backouts, troubleshoot placement bottlenecks, and provide creative, immediate solutions to maintain pipeline stability

Skills

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter with a strong track record of leading, training and developing recruitment teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare staffing, market trends, credentialing requirements and fillable vs. non-fillable job classifications
• Exceptional ability to anticipate recruitment hurdles, manage backouts gracefully, and implement effective contingency solutions
• Interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills with a collaborative, team-first approach
• Self-motivated
