Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The third-party employer is not identified; its employee will support Deloitte’s Contingent Workforce Management team. The role supports sourcing and onboarding contract talent and helps manage contract compliance, stakeholder recommendations, and audit records.
Responsibilities
- Support the contractor lifecycle, including developing SOWs and sourcing strategies in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Review contracts and staff-augmentation job postings to support compliance and risk mitigation
- Prepare detailed summaries and recommendations for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to address contract-related questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes
Skills
- Experience with contingent labor and international or cross-border workforce matters
- Strong communication skills, including experience engaging with senior-level candidates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with recruiting, contingent workforce, and deployment systems
- Hands-on Fieldglass experience
- Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment
