In this role, an immigration attorney evaluates AI-generated legal materials, drafts and edits immigration memoranda and briefs, researches U.S. immigration questions, and provides actionable feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated immigration documents and case scenarios, checking whether they meet legal requirements, hold up in practice and get the details right
- Draft and edit immigration memoranda and briefs as expert legal content
- Use professional legal databases and research tools to investigate U.S. immigration questions
- Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs and give precise, actionable feedback on where they need improvement
Skills
- Hold an active law license and bring strong expertise in U.S. immigration law
- Significant experience advising clients on complex immigration matters in a BigLaw setting
- Fluent in English; able to write clearly, analyze legal issues and conduct legal research, with experience using document review and case management technology
- No AI experience needed
