  • Remaining calm and professional in challenging situations, applying sound judgment and problem‑solving skills to de‑escalate issues.
  • Building strong working relationships with teammates and cross‑functional partners to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
  • Actively participating in product and procedure training—both classroom and on‑the‑job—while reviewing manuals and resources to deepen product expertise.

  • Upholding brighthush’s core values of Dedication, Collaboration, Belonging, Curiosity, and Integrity in every interaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and all applicable state and federal regulations.

Essential Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring a blend of technical aptitude, customer‑service excellence, and a passion for continuous learning. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience in a call‑center or customer‑support environment, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and quickly adapting to new tools.
  • Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a professional appearance during remote calls.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as required by the call‑center schedule.
  • Current U.S. residency; this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
